Priory takes pride in providing a level of service that is second to none.

We have invested heavily in our inventories so that customers obtain an ex-stock level of service, and benefit from dealing with a UK-based manufacturer.

Typically, 80% of all orders leave Priory within two days of being received.

However, we recognise that some customers prefer to send schedules with delivery dates specified well in advance.

For unusual requirements, or exceptional volumes, we may need a little more time to order raw materials.

Next Day Delivery Service
Small orders received before 12.00pm can be despatched the same day for next day delivery.

Two Day Delivery Service
Larger orders are normally sent using a two-day carrier service, but in more urgent circumstances next day delivery can be arranged.

Trade Counter
Priory offers a Trade Counter service where customers can discuss their requirements and personally select products.

Customer Collection
Customers wanting to collect orders are welcome to do so by arrangement.

Hours of Business
Normal hours of business are:

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm

We are able to receive orders by telephone, fax, post, email, and online via the Priory web site.
