As a manufacturer with onsite tool room, moulding, and presswork facilities, Priory can offer special adaptations and bespoke design products.

These can vary from special colour schemes or tailored fittings to original designs.

The following are provided as examples to illustrate how Priory can adapt standard products to suit your particular requirements

Priory can supply wheels with non-standard bores and specific colours.

Castors can be supplied with parts missing to permit fitting in completely different applications. The example shown is a Priory ‘A’ castor without a peg enabling the castor to be welded to its application.

Bespoke fittings can be designed to enable rapid and cost effective assembly in production line situations. The example shown is a Priory SK25P socket that can be inserted, permitting rapid fitting of castor to the application.

Priory can assemble using parts from different standard products. The example shown uses a ‘K’ type peg in conjunction with a 50mm assembly and 40mm wheel

Priory is able to adapt standard products by incorporating non-standard components. The example shown has a special stem fitting in conjunction with a non-standard wheel colour.

Priory can ultimately manufacture an entirely bespoke design. This is an example where Priory was asked to design a product from scratch to meet a customer’s very specific requirements.
